I think this benefit part provided by Sri Lara meant as in benefits to be enjoyed if we sign up for the security "Homeguards" service. Personally think the listed below are clear reasons why we would be interested to sign up for their service.

1. Membership is by the Residents Association or individually.
2. A Homeguard tag will be placed at your house gate or front porch column.
3. Extra car registration plate sticker at RM1.00 per piece is available on request. Sticker on the car no. plate or windscreen.
4. Complete customer database. Particulars of members can be obtained by keying in any one of the following : Name, I.C number, address, handphone number or vehicle plate number.
5. 24 hour call centre for emergencies - 03 33733994 / 33723439 Hp 0163373994
6. Personnel's and officer's contact numbers will be provided.
7. Tiger Eye service to look after your property if you go on holiday. Inform the call centre in advance. 1 Tiger Eye slip will be put into the letter box each night.
8. We will check if your alarm is triggered. Call us quickly and feedback will be provided after monitoring the situation. Also CMS service is provided at RM20.00 per month extra.
9. Newsletter - Suara Homeguards will update you on security of your area or be emailed to you.
10. Checking on your maid and family members when you are away at work.
11. Monitoring of rooftops and patrolling along walls.
12. Follow up visits by manager on crime issues. Crime Alert emails.
13. Alarms and CCTV monitoring is available if you require a quote.
