Just received a copy of the security company's brochure, would like to share it with you all so we can have a better understanding to what we are going to pay for.
We are working towards at least 144 houses to kick-start this security service subscription. Below is the proposal which I received from Sri Lara:-

No. of shifts : 2 shifts (12 hours/shift)
Distribution of shifts : Shift 1 (7am to 7pm) - 2 guards with own motorbike
Shift 2 (7pm to 7am) - 2 guards with own motorbike
Total cost/month : RM7,200.00

Monthly fee : RM50 /household
No. of participation : 144 houses
